NAPOLEON'S CAMPAIGN CHAIR
Copied from the original currently at Goodwood House, Sussex. This is a superb example of David Salmon's ability to faithfully copy any piece of period furniture so that it is virtually indistinguishable from the original.
Napoleon's chair is made using traditional methods as per the original with the exception of the N being replaced back into the seat; the original had it cut out after the chair was captured by Wellington at Waterloo.
