Kiprotich goes for gold

In this photograph, Stephen Kiprotich of Uganda is leading the Men’s Marathon at the Olympic Games in London on 12 August 2012. He went on win by less than half a minute. I took the photograph along Tower Hill near the Tower of London. It seems that the athlete was the centre of attention, not only for the crowd and cameraman but also for the motorcyclist.
