Call the police

This police public call box near the American Embassy in London is a Grade 2 listed building. According to its entry, the call box was made in about 1935. On the front is the message: “Police telephone. Free for use of public. Advice and assistance obtainable immediately. Officers and cars respond to urgent calls. Pull to open.”
